Lage ist gut: Lidl und Plodine sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand in 20–30 Minuten. Valentina und Darjan waren freundlich, antworteten schnell, der Check-in war problemlos und wir durften früher einchecken. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Der Tisch war verschmutzt; beim Abwischen kamen braune Verunreinigungen und klebrige Essensreste zum Vorschein. Die Küche war dürftig ausgestattet: eine Pfanne, ein großer Topf, kein Schneidebrett und nur ein scharfes Messer. Der Wasserkocher war wegen schwarzer Verkrustungen an der Heizspirale nicht nutzbar. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte, Kaffee war daher nicht möglich. Es gab viele Mücken und Spinnen, besonders im Bad. Ein Moskitonetz an der Eingangstür wäre sinnvoll. Wichtig: Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil und für tiefere/tiefergelegte Autos ungeeignet. Das wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt und sollte in der Beschreibung stehen, da sonst Schäden am Unterboden drohen. Insgesamt gut, würden die Unterkunft aber nicht erneut buchen.

Top host, top place. Clean and modern, has all the essentials. Good location, close to the stores and the roads. Great if you are coming with a car. Only downside I would say is that the fridge is a bit loud in sound. Otherwise everything else was +++.

Es war unser 1. Urlaub in einem Airbnb und wir waren positiv überrascht. Da wir etwas unsicher waren, standen wir mit Herrn Radujkovic gleich in Kontakt. Er gab uns die Informationen die wir brauchten und vor Ort informierte uns die sehr nette Raumpflegerin. Diese Unterkunft ist alles in allem sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Terasse war perfekt. Da wir mit unserem Hund unterwegs waren, ist auch der Garten so groß, dass er genug Auslauf hatte.

We had a great stay at Darjan’s apartment in Medulin. The location is very convenient: Plodine, Lidl, a Shell gas station and a car wash are all very close, reachable on foot or in just a couple of minutes by car. This was especially useful because the supermarkets nearby open early and close late. The apartment is small but very comfortable, well lit, with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the stove is powerful, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is modern, bright and recently renovated, with a large and comfortable shower. There is also a small garden area with a barbecue, a private table and a clothes drying rack. The area is quiet and peaceful, about 20 minutes from Kamenjak Nature Park and 20 minutes from Pula. The hosts were very kind, relaxed and always quick to reply. When we had an internet issue, they immediately helped us by bringing a better connection so I could work remotely. Overall, an excellent experience.

Studio apartman je komotan za dvije osobe i ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan odmor. Posebno nam se svidjela terasa, dvorište i osiguran parking, što je velika dodatna vrijednost. Plaže, restorani i trgovine nalaze se vrlo blizu, pa je sve praktično i lako dostupno. Domaćin je jako ljubazan i susretljiv. Sve u svemu, vrlo ugodan boravak i lijep godišnji odmor.
