Villa Ksenia is a private, architect-designed house located in a residential area on Murter Island, within walking distance of Slanica and Luke beaches and the town centre.
The villa was originally designed by Croatian architect Nikola Bašić and has been recently renovated. The design focuses on functional space, clear architectural lines, and a connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The property was built as a family home, offering solid construction quality and spacious interiors.
The house has 240 m² of living space spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests in four bedrooms. Several living areas allow guests to spend time together while still having enough private space.
Villa Ksenia also features two kitchens, which can be practical for two families or larger groups staying together.
The outdoor area provides space for relaxing and dining outside. Small pets are welcome.
