The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building, just a short walk from the lively center of Labin and its charming Old Town. Restaurants, bars, and a grocery shop are only a minute away, while the stunning beaches of Rabac can be reached in just a 10-minute drive.
LIVING ROOM
Inside, the living space is bright and inviting, with large openings leading to the balcony and filling the room with natural light. A comfortable sofa and armchair create a cozy setting for relaxing evenings, complemented by a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite music.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed for both practicality and enjoyment. Fully equipped with everything needed for longer stays, it includes modern appliances such as a large fridge, oven, toaster, water kettle, blender, mixer, weighing scale, filter coffee machine, and an Illy espresso machine for perfect coffee moments. There are also plastic dinnerware set for kids.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a 43” Smart SAT TV, creating a perfect space to relax and unwind. The second bedroom includes two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and a 32” Smart TV, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito nets to ensure a restful and uninterrupted sleep. Each room also features a dressing table with a chair, adding a practical and elegant touch. High-quality cotton sateen bed linen and exceptionally comfortable beds provide a truly luxurious sleeping experience.
BATHROOMS

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
