Interior size is 60 m2 and balcony is 15 m2. The apartment is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. For all guests, there is available a shared garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is shared within 3 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twelve. The pool is filled with chlorine water. All guests have the possibility to use a shared BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
