Our property is an apartment complex, designed keeping in mind, comfort and convenience for our esteemed guests. The complex consists of two gorgeous, fully furnished units that are perfect for families or small groups. Each apartment is capable of accommodating 4 people optimally, but we have enough room to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

❗ These two beautifully furnished, separate apartments are rented together as one unit, making them an excellent choice for large families, grandparents traveling with children and grandchildren, or multi-generation holidays. Everyone can stay together while still enjoying their own private space.

🏡 The apartments are located on the ground floor and in the souterrain, offering a total of 80 m² (2 x 40m²) of indoor living space plus a 25 m² terrace. They can accommodate up to 8 guests and include 2 free private parking spaces.

🏡 Both apartments are identical in layout and equipment. Each apartment features: Entrance hall, Kitchen with dining area, Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom and Terrace 25 m² (only groundfloor apartment)

🏡 The apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable family stay, including dishes, cooking appliances, washing machine, dryer, TV, bed linen, free satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi.

🏡 The ground-floor apartment has a large private terrace with a grill, perfect for family meals, children’s playtime, and relaxing evenings together.

🏡 Situated in a quiet and family-friendly area of Baška, the apartments are just 300 meters from the beach, town center, shops, and restaurants, allowing easy and safe walking access for families with children.

Parking:

Your convenience is our top priority. We provide 2 exclusive parking spaces for each apartment. Despite having no garages, you can certainly count on us for providing ample and safe parking for your vehicles.

Guest Policy:

We wish to make your stay with us as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Due to certain reasons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate pets at our venue. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
