Ottima la posizione, camera pulita e ben organizzata (macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, frigo…). Proprietari gentili e professionali.

Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Das Pärchen, dass die Zimmer vermietet ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten war wunderschön. Das Bad war auch sehr groß und hatte eine gute Dusche.

Hvala domaćinima na gostoprimstvu, uživali smo od trenutka kad smo došli do povratka kući. Smještaj je sjajan: lokacija predivna, blizu plaže, lagana šetnja od 20ak min do centra grada, blizu dućana. Svakom detalju je posvećena pažnja, od ukrasa, preko uređaja, sve do najvažnijih potrepština. Znači nam mnogo kad domaćin odmah objasni gdje se što nalazi u smještaju i u gradu. Dvorište je prekrasno uređeno, divan prostor za boraviti. Parking odličan. Upitajte i domaćine kamo su skoro putovali, iskusni su svjetski putnici sa zanimljivim pričama. Soba je izuzetno prostrana, posebno u usporedbi s ostalim apartmanima na hrvatskoj obali - sasvim dovoljno prostora za dvoje, bez gužve i guranja. Čistoća bez premca. Ocjena je čista desetka! Iskustvo koje bismo rado ponovili!

Room was big and it smelled nice. We had nice breakfasts facing the beautiful garden. Hosts were super friendly! Free and secure parking.

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Dea and would happily stay there again! Radmila and Martin are wonderful hosts who made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They were warm, attentive and caring throughout my stay, and it felt more like staying with family than simply renting a room. Although they don't speak English, we communicated perfectly well using a few words of German and Google Translate. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The kitchenette was very useful, the wifi was reliable, and the air conditioning and wall fan both worked perfectly. The decor is traditional, exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was always hot with excellent water pressure regardless of time of day. The property has a lovely, well-maintained garden, and the jasmine growing by the entrance creates the most beautiful fragrance whenever you enter - something I found delightful. As I was attending the annual salsa festival and coming and going at non-standard times, I rarely saw the hosts after check-in, but they provided extra towels from the start and encouraged me to contact them via WhatsApp if I needed anything. Whenever I did, they responded almost immediately and were incredibly helpful, even providing ice, a larger mug for my morning tea and accommodating a late check-out despite incoming guests. They even graciously offered and give me a lift to a nearby location after check-out. The guesthouse is about a 20-minute walk from Rovinj's centre (or a short taxi ride) and only around 10 minutes from the beach and seafront cycle path. Just remember that Villa Dea is a guesthouse rather than a hotel, so it's good for guests to set their expectations accordingly. If you're looking for genuine hospitality, spotless accommodation and caring hosts, I highly recommend it! I would 100% stay here again and hope to meet them again.

Die Lage war super, denn man konnte in die Innenstadt, zum Meer und zum Supermarkt zu Fuß hingehen. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber, die Besitzerin sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man fühlt sich dort einfach zu Hause!
