We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus Villa number 12. We booked last minute as a change of plan from a hotel to private villa which infact cost less. It was only 10 minutes from the airport so we were on holiday pretty much from the minute we landed. Villa exceeded our expectations. So clean, spacious and airy with all the essential equipment from hairdryer to kitchen utensils etc etc. Air conditioning worked a treat. Pool was good size and temperature. Hot tub was fun and welcoming. Location is great to explore the region and we visited many great towns including Porec, Rovinj, Fazana, Medulin and natural park Kalmanjac which you pay €20 for the day and can visit lots of beautiful coves. Wet/sea shoes are a must to visit Croatia as no sandy beaches.
Villa has a pizza restaurant which is walkable to but main Pula is easily reached with an Uber/Bolt for Under €10.
Easy reach of 2 lidls and Plodine supermarket 2 mins down the road.
Croatians are extremely friendly - will return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa!
The villa is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We especially enjoyed the private pool, the jacuzzi, the outdoor dining area for breakfast, the large sun umbrellas, and the many comfortable sun loungers. The entire villa is air-conditioned, the hot water supply is excellent, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
A great bonus is the hotel located right next door. Guests can enjoy an additional beautiful pool, a delicious breakfast, and excellent pizza and other dishes at the restaurant in the evening. It’s a fantastic option if you’d like a little extra comfort during your stay.
The hospitality was exceptional. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the very first moment.
Private parking directly at the villa is very convenient, and the location is ideal. Pula is only about a 4-minute drive away, Lidl can be reached in around 6 minutes, and a shopping center is also just a few minutes away.
Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable vacation!

Nowy,bogato urządzony dom z basenem i jacuzzi. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju co jest rzadkością w Chorwacji. Przed upałem z zewnątrz chroniły także ciężkie zasłony i gęste firany. Dzięki temu wewnątrz panował przyjemny chłód nawet przy 40 stopniach. Basen czysty i regularnie utrzymywany. Tak samo jacuzzi. Domy mają różne konfiguracje pomieszczeń...my mieliśmy nr.12 - parter: salon,kuchnia(otwarta),łazienka z wc i pralnia - piętro trzy sypialnie i łazienka. Pełne wyposażenie: pralka,zmywarka,żelazko z prasowalnicą,odkurzacz,telewizor w każdym pokoju.internet... Byliśmy w kilku miejscach w Chorwacji i to miejsce oceniamy bardzo wysoko.
