The ground floor features a spacious, air-conditioned, and elegantly designed living room with a fireplace and a large TV, offering direct views of the swimming pool and garden. This layout is ideal for families with children, allowing parents to comfortably supervise the youngest guests.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with high-quality kitchenware and includes a large preparation counter, as well as a generous dining table seating 8 guests.

On this level, guests will also find a large sauna for up to 6 people, with a shower and toilet, and direct access to the garden and pool area. Additionally, there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

First Floor

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and elegant Italian-style showers. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, and a TV.

Two bedrooms feature private terraces with beautiful views of the swimming pool and lush green surroundings, providing a peaceful retreat for relaxation.

Second Floor – Rooftop Oasis

The top floor is dedicated to pure indulgence. From the rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding greenery while relaxing in the high-quality jacuzzi. Comfortable garden furniture invites you to unwind, while part of the terrace is shaded by a pergola, ensuring comfort throughout the day.

Plaža Pliša - about 400 m from the villa. Beach with a slight entrance to the sea and a sandy bottom.

Plaža Jaz - a sandy beach with concrete slabs located about 1km from the villa with a shallow sea.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zaton.
