Welcome to Villa Moderna, a newly built architectural gem that beautifully blends contemporary design and a warm and inviting ambiance with focus on functionality. As you step inside, you are greeted by cool tile floors that lead through the open concept living space adorned with chic colors and funky art pieces, creating a refreshing and vibrant atmosphere. Two levels occupy the 340 m2 specious interior, each level with its own entrance. The upper level displays an open plan living room with an oversized plush sofa adjacent to the kitchen and a dining room, as well as 3 of the bedrooms (two with a double bed each, and one with 2 twin beds). Floor to ceiling windows and access to multiple balconies grant spectacular views of the sea and the serene nature around. Lower lever houses a gym, additional kitchenette, and the 3 remaining bedrooms (two with a double bed each, and one with 2 twin beds). From here walk out onto the luxurious terrace leading to an L shaped heated pool surrounded by sun loungers making this the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, or sharing a meal while enjoying breathtaking sunsets in an outdoor dining area. Electric BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. Wheather you are traveling wih family, friends or both Villa Moderna ensures a delightful escape for those seeking a harmonious blend of contemporary living, natural beauty and carefree holiday.
In six bedrooms twelve adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added convenience and privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a personal TV.
Tucked away from highly populated areas Villa Moderna offers privacy and relaxation induced by its natural surroundings. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and beaches are available in a two-mile radius. It is located in Dvornica, a small tranquil settlement on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clear blue waters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO World Heritage proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
