LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living room/kitchen area is an ideal social space with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table. With a 55-inch smart satellite television, you can lounge in front of it, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dining table for four persons. A large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine are also available. Near the kitchen is a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair.
BEDROOM
The gallery bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a gallery attached and two armchairs. The bedroom is equipped with a smart SAT television with a free Netflix subscription. This is a very comfortable bed enriched with damask bed linen for a luxurious sleep.
BALCONY
A mini balcony of 2 m² allows you to take a look over the streets of the old town.
PARKING
The host pays for the parking subscription.
COMBO
There is the option of combining two apartments into one (apartment Ginger + apartment Blue). For four people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
CHILD POLICIES
Children are not allowed.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
