This spacious and modern 78 m² apartment features a 40 m² panoramic terrace. It is conveniently situated on a hill in Rabac, in a quiet and low-traffic neighborhood. The nearest pebble beach is just a thirteen-minute walk away, and restaurants and shops are nearby too (around a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive). For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. Also, very close to the apartment are hills and woodland, perfect for a wilderness hike or a nature walk.
There are four air conditioners, one in each bedroom and two in the large/open space area (living room, dining room, and kitchen). This ensures that all spaces are well temperature-controlled throughout the whole year. The accommodation has been built with great care and installed with the best insulation to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
LIVING ROOM
Step into a cozy living room featuring a sea-view three-seater sofa and an armchair with a footrest. Enjoy entertainment with a 50-inch HD smart satellite TV, complimentary Netflix, and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee maker. Find convenience in the small storage/laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
DINING AREA
Experience a panoramic dining area with a table for four persons.
BEDROOMS
Relax in two comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds (180×200 cm). One bedroom boasts firm mattresses, while the other offers semi-firm mattresses. The first bedroom is equipped with a 43-inch HD smart satellite TV. Enjoy a luxurious bedtime sleep with extremely comfortable beds and damask bed linen.
BATHROOMS
Choose between a bathroom featuring a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet, or a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
TERRACE
Step onto the 40 m² covered terrace with semi-wooden decking, furnished with a dining table for four, two sun loungers, and a lounge area featuring a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a table. This space provides an ideal setting to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the sea view. A second small section of the terrace includes a garden chair and a terrazzo footrest.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
