Apartment Sunshine is located on the ground floor of a residential building. The fully fenced garden area and patio offer a minute's walk to restaurants, bars, a small grocery shop, the old city of Labin, and the city center of Labin. The nearest beaches in Rabac are an 8-minute drive away, while supermarkets are just a 4-minute drive. The apartment spans a total area of 75 m², featuring a 14 m² covered terrace, garden and patio area with over 100 m².
LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a sofa and sea view. Equipped with air conditioning, a 50-inch smart satellite television, and a free Netflix account.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a large dining table for six persons. Features a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine, dry rack, and ironing set.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm). Each bedroom has a smart SAT television with a free Netflix account. Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms, one of which is attached to the bedroom, are equipped with a walk-in shower with a rain shower and a sink. Both bathrooms feature floor heating.
TERRACE & PATIO
The covered terrace of 14 m² features a lounge outdoor furniture for enjoying morning breakfasts. Additionally, there is a 40 m² patio with a gas BBQ and four deck chairs. From there, you can enjoy a distant view of the island Cres—a striking sight, especially at night. The patio and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
