Apartment Kanat II is located on the first floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 72 m², featuring a 16 m² panoramic terrace.
LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a large fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms, two of which are attached to the bedrooms, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.
TERRACE
The panoramic terrace of 16 m² features a panoramic outdoor dining table with four persons, for enjoying morning breakfasts. Equipped with four deck chairs and one parasol. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The terrace and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
