Welcome to Casa Dorella, nestled in the serene village of Viskovici on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. This hidden gem, originally built in the early 1930s, has been treated to a complete makeover in both 2019 and 2023. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a private heated* swimming pool, a deck area, and an additional patio with a BBQ option, it's got everything you need. Just a 17-minute drive away, you'll find the charming town of Labin, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a lively marketplace. Need some beach time? The house is divided into two parts, connected by the exterior. The first living space, situated on the first floor, comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet with a washing machine, an open area housing the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and a panoramic balcony with a small table and chairs.
The second section on the ground floor consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a charming open space with a living room, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, there's a spacious terrace with an outdoor table for six persons.
LIVING ROOM
The two open spaces consist of two living rooms and two kitchens with a dining area for six persons. Each living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and armchair, complemented by a cozy fireplace. One 55-inch and one 43-inch smart satellite televisions are provided.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas accommodating six persons each. Amenities include a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, water kettle, and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines.
BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Third bedroom on the ground floor feature a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms on each floor, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there's a guest toilet with a washing machine on the first floor. On the deck area, you'll find an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.
TERRACE
A semi-covered, spacious terrace with a dining table for six people and an equipped BBQ is easily accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a refreshing and private 18 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and one shade sail offer protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on Chlorine.
*There are additional costs of €20.00 per day for pool heating if the water is below 24 degrees.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
