The Casa Piano is a must-visit for family/friends/couples wanting a relieving stress getaway, as it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace.
Casa Piano is situated in the quiet village Zupanici. Practically it is the last house in the village. The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive to the grocery shop and a restaurant. The next town is Labin, a 10-minute drive distance to many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in a resort town Rabac, a distant 20-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.
LIVING ROOM
Open space area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Comfortable living room with an L shape sofa and a piano. Equipped with 55-inch smart satellite television and a free Netflix account. There is also a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. Close to the living room is a guest toilet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a round dining table for six persons. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, filter, and Nespresso coffee machine. A practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine and ironing set is close to the kitchen.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms in total. One ensuite bedroom on the ground floor with a direct access to the deck area and pool. It is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom attached. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor. Both with king size beds (180x200 cm). Each bedroom has a smart SAT television with a free Netflix account. Comfortable king-size beds for a premium bedtime sleep. All bedrooms have a mosquito net on each door/window.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms and one guest toilet. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor features a walk-in shower and a sink. The second bathroom on the first floor has a heated floor, walk-in shower, sink, and a bidet. Additionally, on the deck area, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.
TERRACE
The covered terrace with a dining table, complemented by outdoor fireplace and countertop with sink. Accessible from kitchen/living room on the groundfloor.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been set up for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 26 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, deck area with six sun loungers. Pool with salt water for softer and gentler swimming experience. The pool is equipped with a blanket that heats up the pool water through the sun and preserves the pool temperature during the night.
PIANO
Upright piano "Petrof" for not skipping practice while on vacation or playing music just for leisure and pleasure.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
