This rustical stone-built 60 m² holiday home, nestled on a 300 m² plot, is conveniently perched on a hill in Rabac, boasting a tranquil and low-traffic neighborhood. House Salakova features two ensuite bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private kitchen with a dining table, private parking, and amenities to make you feel right at home. The roofed terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and two outdoor tables, is the perfect spot for gatherings and relaxation. The city center and beaches are just a 3-minute drive away. The nearest town, Labin, is a quick 9-minute drive, offering a mall, supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that accommodates four individuals. It includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. There is a dining table for four persons and an indoor fireplace.
BEDROOMS
Two en-suite bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a television. One bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200 cm), and the other has a queen-size bed (160×200 cm). Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMS
The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
TERRACE
A covered terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen, including a sink, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining table for four people. The outdoor fireplace area for barbecues is easily accessible via the outdoor kitchen. The second part of the covered terrace, in the front of the house, close to the indoor kitchen, is equipped with a dining table for four persons.

The panoramic sea-view outdoor area behind the house offers a wooden table for four persons and deck chairs.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
