Nestled in the serene seaside village of Trget, Casa Mia offers a haven with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, and enticing amenities across its 150 m² interior. Enjoy private moments by the swimming pool, on the deck, or around the outdoor fireplace in the 538 m² fully fenced plot. Just a 15-minute drive away, Labin beckons with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a vibrant marketplace. A mere 2-minute stroll leads to Trget's pebble beaches, a quaint grocery store, and two charming restaurants for a delightful coastal retreat.
LIVING ROOM
The living room features a four-seater sofa, two sofa chairs, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. A 43-inch satellite television is also provided.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar counter and a dining area for eight persons. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage room with an ironing set.
BEDROOMS
There are four bedrooms, and three of them have attached bathrooms. The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a queen-size bed (180x200 cm). The second and fourth ensuite bedrooms on the first floor have access to private balconies, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an attached bathroom. The third ensuite bedroom, also on the first floor, is equipped with two single beds. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a comfort bedtime experience.
BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. The first bathroom also houses a washing machine. The fourth bathroom on the upper floor features a bathtub. On the deck area, there is a guest toilet and an outdoor shower.
TERRACE
The covered terrace, complete with a dining table for eight people, offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor fireplace area for barbecues is accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor. A guest toilet is conveniently located in the outdoor area.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a refreshing and private 24 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with eight sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool operates on chlorine.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
