Villa Franka is nestled in the serene village of Mali Kosi and spans 150 m². This two-story haven features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, a deck, a patio area, an outdoor fireplace for barbecues, and a garage. The ground floor, including the pool and outdoor space, ensures complete privacy within the fully fenced 903 m² plot. The nearest town, Labin, is just a 15-minute drive away, offering access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a vibrant marketplace. For seaside bliss, the resort town of Rabac is a scenic 13-minute drive, presenting stunning pebble beaches, an expansive promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and exciting boat excursions.
LIVING ROOM
On the first floor is a spacious and comfortable living room with a charming fireplace, an L-shaped sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen. There's a cozy fireplace and a 55-inch smart satellite television. Close to the entrance is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area that accommodates six individuals. It includes a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill sandwich toaster, water kettle, orange juicers, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, a microwave, a hand mixer, and a hand blender.
BEDROOMS
Downstairs are three bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom, a wardrobe, and a small desk. The central bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a smart television, an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a small desk with direct access to the deck area. The third bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, a small desk, and dedicated access to the terrace with lounge outdoor furniture and a parasol. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime experience.
BATHROOMS
Four bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the deck area, there's also an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.
TERRACE & PATIO
The covered terrace, with a dining table for six people, offers panoramic sea views and a fireplace area close to the covered terrace. There's also a partially sun-protected outdoor lounge area with a lounge set. From the covered terrace, you can see in the distance the island of Cres, creating an impressive picture, especially at night. The patio and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and be together.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 40 m2 (4.5x9 m) swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a spacious long deck area with six sun loungers. Three parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on saltwater.
TABLE TENNIS TERRACE
There's a table tennis area on the fourth terrace behind the house for endless competitive matches.
GARAGE
Villa Franka provides its guests with a garage and a carport. You can control the garage door via remote control.
STORAGE ROOM
In close proximity to the bedrooms is a practical storage/laundry room equipped with a washing machine and an ironing set.
BIKE
In our Villa Franka, there is one bicycle for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
