The Apartment Blue, spanning 40 m², graces the first floor of a residential building. Located a mere minute's walk from restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, and the town center, it promises easy access to the vibrant life of Labin. The nearest beaches in Rabac are just an 8-minute drive away, while different supermarkets can be reached within a four-minute drive.
LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living room/kitchen area provides an ideal social space with a sofa, coffee table, and a bar table surrounded by bar stools for four persons. A 32-inch smart satellite television invites you to lounge in front of it or log into your favorite streaming services for a cozy film night.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area feature a bar table with bar stools for four persons. Your culinary needs are met with a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. A convenient storage room is located near the living room.
BEDROOM
The en-suite bedroom boasts a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) with an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. The bed, adorned with damask bed linen, ensures a luxurious sleep. The bedroom and living room are separated by a glass sliding door.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
