Meet Standard Queen Room IV – a 22 m² gem chilling on the second floor. It features a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), air conditioning, Smart TV, a hairdryer, and a roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, the whole place is decked out with high-speed internet. Peep through the two windows for a sweet view of the old town alleys in Labin and soak up the vibes. The bed, dressed to the nines in damask bed linen, guarantees a lush night’s sleep.
Mirakul Residence got a facelift in 2017 and 2024, and each of the five rooms got a touch of local artistry care of Roberta Razzi. Think cool colors, murals, and stone floors – a charm overdose for max comfort and feel-good vibes.
At Salon Mirakul, coffee, tea, and a croissant are complimentary for our guests. You'll also find spring water from the Učka Nature Park. You can unwind in the evening with a glass of wine, sharing your experiences with friends. We created the ground floor salon in 2024 precisely for such enjoyable moments.

Street parking on Setaliste San Marco Street, in close proximity to Mirakul Residence, is free of charge.
BREAKFAST
On our disposal, we have coffee and tea.
For our guests, we offer a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Peteani for €15.00 per person upon reservation. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
