Overall it was a fine stay. For the specific events of a water leak (from the porch) this made me feel more uncomfortable there. It would help to be informed every time someone would come, either to inspect the damage, or collect dirty linnen. The host, who is doing it on behalf of Ananke were friendly to communicate with, and helped me with things like taking post. I find it was a little expensive there, compared with other rental appartments in Rijeka, but I really enjoyed the great view and a kitchen with all the appliences you'd need.

I've stayed in this apartment for a month. It's well-equipped for a long-term stay and offers a fantastic view of Opatija and the sea. However, it's quite far from both the sea and interesting places, with the nearest beach being a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, there's an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. Apart from these drawbacks, everything else is excellent. We appreciated the owner's gesture of complimentary cocktails at a bar in the city center. Overall, I would recommend renting this apartment

Apartment exactly as on pictures, beautiful view! Supermarket right around the corner. Clean, nice. Host very helpful and responsive. We could check in earlier also which was very helpful!

Super Apartment, eine traumhafte Ausblick aus dem Meer. Eine sehr sehr saubere Wohnung.alles was man im Alltag in der Wohnung braucht ist da, das check in war sehr optimal und einfach. Service ist nett und immer erreichbar. Ich würde sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

the apartment was good, with a good view of the sea. although in an apartment complex, neighbours can get a bit noisy, especially on the balcony. the neighborhood itself did not seem all that safe, but nothing happened during our short (2 night) stay. parking space wasnt a problem. all things considered, an OK value for the price

Расположение нормальное: рядом есть магазины и кафе. До центра города идти 30-40 минут пешком. Большая парковка около дома. Если не присматриваться к берегу, то красивый вид на море. Хорошо оборудована, есть телевизор с SmartTV, много посуды.
