Activities

Dubrovnik, known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic," offers a rich blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. A must-see is its UNESCO-listed Old Town, where visitors can walk the medieval city walls for stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Landmarks like the Rector’s Palace and Dubrovnik Cathedral highlight its historical charm.

For nature lovers, Lokrum Island offers peaceful beaches, gardens, and hiking trails, while fans of "Game of Thrones" can tour the city’s filming locations. Water activities like kayaking and boat tours are also popular. Dubrovnik is the perfect mix of history, relaxation, and adventure.

In addition to the historical and natural attractions, Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and experiences for all types of travelers. You can take a cable car ride up Mount Srđ for breathtaking panoramic views of the city and coastline. The summit also has a small museum that details the Siege of Dubrovnik during the Croatian War of Independence.

For a more laid-back experience, Banje Beach, located just outside the Old Town, is a great spot to relax, swim, or enjoy water sports. Dubrovnik also hosts several cultural festivals throughout the year, including the Dubrovnik Summer Festival, which showcases theater, music, and dance performances in historic venues around the city.

Finally, wandering through the picturesque streets, sampling local cuisine, and visiting charming shops make Dubrovnik an ideal destination for a well-rounded vacation.

Welcoming host, and nicely situated property approx 20 min walk from the Old Town. Close to convenience stores, bakery, pizza shop, and a couple of bars. €3.50 for a beer, half the price of Old Town. The room was comfortable and clean with a powerful shower and working AC.

No tuvimos mucho tiempo de estar en el apartamento, ya que pasábamos todo el día fuera, pero la terraza es muy bonita y cómoda. Limpio y con todo lo necesario. Dispone de aire condicionado.

Good location. Not crazy expensive. I’ve seen some other reviews saying about steps, there is steps just like any other road in Dubrovnik and nothing out the ordinary. The place was clean, the host was very friendly and it was a good two night stay.

The Guest House is in a great location. Although a little out of the old town, it is easily walkable within 20/30 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk from the port and there is a quiet, beautiful beach that is easily reachable within a 10 minute walk. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The garden is beautiful! We spent a day just lounging and enjoying the garden. Hosts are welcoming and kind. Would highly reccomend.

We had a wonderful week in Dubrovnik, thanks in large part to this lovely place! Everything was just as described: clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the terrace — spacious and well-maintained, it was a pleasure to spend mornings and evenings there. Some reviews mention that it’s difficult to reach the property because of the stairs — yes, the path isn’t flat, but this is completely normal for Dubrovnik. The whole city is built on hills and stairs are everywhere. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. A big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!
