A newly built Villa Selina is located in the beautiful town of Seline, only 250m from the beach. This luxury villa offers a pool, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a roof terrace that has a wonderful sea view. It can accommodate up to 12 people.
The villa is categorized by apartments. The ground floor has 2 apartments, the first floor has one apartment, and in the attic is a studio apartment. Every apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen.
On the lower ground, there is a pool, a large dining table, and a living area that the whole group can enjoy together.
In case of a youth group staying in the villa, there will be a double deposit.

Proveli smo savršen obiteljski odmor! Kuća je imala sve što nam je trebalo, a opuštajuća atmosfera bila je baš ono što smo tražili. Djeca su uživala u bazenu, a mi u miru i tišini. Izleti u prirodu bili su TOP! Toplo preporučujemo!

The place was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It really felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Das Haus war groß genug, dass sich jeder wohlgefühlt hat, und wir haben die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen. Besonders die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Wir haben auch einige tolle Ausflüge gemacht und besonders der Naturpark hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten und gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Große, neuwertige Villa. Allerdings auf 4 Wohnungen verteilt, könnte man in der Beschreibung erwähnen. Waren mit 3 Familien und mussten uns dann aufteilen. Was aber im Nachhinein ok war. Genügend Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Schön großer Pool. Schöner großer Tisch zum Essen draußen. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre schön gewesen:-)
Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt und Restaurants auch.

Die können Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief total professionell und freundlich. Ich bekam vorab auch die Telefonnummer der Eigentümerin welche ausreichend Deutsch konnte um sich zu verständigen.
Nachdem wir mit 2 Kindern anreisten war auch ein früherer Check in nach Absprache überhaupt kein Problem!!
Das Haus ist offensichtlich neu erbaut, toll und modern ausgestattet. Alle Wohnungen haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche welche mit Geschirr, Töpfen etc. Bestückt ist. Im Keller befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsraum welchen man bei Schlechtwetter toll nutzen kann. Der Außenbereich hat eine schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Kohlegrill (es wurde sogar Feuerholz zu Verfügung gestellt um am Abend ein gemütliches Feuer machen zu können!) Und natürlich ist auch das gepflegte Pool zu erwähnen. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und abends auf einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.
Die Umgebung bzw. die Ortschaft ist zur Nebensaison absolut nicht überlaufen und eher verschlafen - sehr sympathisch.
Die beiden Eigentümer waren total nett und hilfsbereit

Only 3 hearts for check-in because the information about our Labrador has not been forwarded to the local manager and the rent manager was not reachable to clarify. But all's well that ends well, we really enjoyed our vacation in Seline in a top villa with the complete family!

Wunderschönes und modernes Haus, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war eine gemütliche Woche, aber zu kurz. Leider, aber wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
