The house is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, yet close enough to easily walk to the center or the shore. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and washing machine. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads to the garden.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. The kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining area seats six people. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people. There’s also access to a terrace with a table for six, with stairs leading down to the yard, where you can relax by the pool. The yard features a private pool with sun loungers and a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing Mediterranean dishes. Two parking spaces are available, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Klimno is a quiet village, yet just 50 meters from the house, you’ll find a grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bakery, and playground. Rijeka Airport is only 11 km away, the bus station is 50 m from the house, and the ferry to the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away.
