Villa Rosa is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 5 people. The villa features 130m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite reception, along with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace area, which features a private swimming pool.
The first floor of the villa houses the three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double queen beds and one bedroom having a single bed. This setup is ideal for small groups or families of up to five people. The upper terrace of the villa offers a stunning view of the sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Rosa is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool (3x8m) and five deck chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa's well-kept garden is also a lovely feature, complete with a lawn sprinkler system. Additionally, the villa comes with a private and secured parking space. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.

We had a really nice and relaxing holiday. The house is as described and had enough space for us four. Contrary to the description there are 2 toilets, one in each bathroom :)
It is really close to Porec by car and also some bakery and supermarket are only few minutes away.
The Host was really nice and taking care of everything.
The only thing that might be improved is to have fly screens at the windows.
Would come again.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Region bietet so viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge – von charmanten Dörfern bis zu den schönen Stränden in der Nähe. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Poreč gemacht und die Altstadt erkundet, und auch das Umland hat so viel zu bieten. Es war der perfekte Mix aus Entspannung und Entdeckungen. Das Haus war sehr komfortabel und ideal für eine Familie, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bili smo oduševljeni domaćim ugođajem koji nas je dočekao! Od trenutka kad smo stigli, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Sve je bilo tako toplo, udobno i ugodno, djeca su se odmah uklopila i uživala u opuštenoj atmosferi. Bazen je bio savršen za naše uživanje, a terasa idealna za obiteljske obroke. Ovo je bio naš najugodniji obiteljski odmor i svakako ćemo se vratiti!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unseren Kindern verbracht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom liebevoll gepflegten Garten und dem großzügigen Poolbereich. Die Kinder haben es geliebt, im Pool zu schwimmen, während wir auf der Terrasse entspannt haben. Der Außenbereich war ein perfekter Ort, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und einfach zu genießen. Das Haus selbst war ebenfalls sehr komfortabel, aber der Pool hat für uns das Highlight ausgemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben 3 herrliche Wochen in der Villa in Zbandaj verbracht. Die Villa macht einen erstklassigen Eindruck und ist hervorragend eingerichtet.Im Erdgeschoß und in einem Sclafzimmer eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Toller Pool, schöner Aussensitz und gepflegter Garten. Eine freundliche und sympathische Eigentümerin, die sich um alles kümmert. September 23

The house is very pretty and nicely decorated. The host was really helpful and gave us ideas of what to do in the area. Very quiet location, a great place if you are looking for peace and quiet.

A lovely villa! Same as the pictures. Very comfortable place to stay and has a great view. The swimming pool is the best part of this villa. Would recommend!
