The apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms with TV, a kitchen, a spare room and a terrace. The whole area of apartment is of 75 m2 + terrace 25m2. The apartment is located in the inner building, and there is a parking area where we offer a FREE PARKING PLACE where you can leave your car safely. Each room has a window which gives an apartment long daily light. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat together with air condition and central heating.Coffee and tea is also included.

An apartment is situated in a very center of Zagreb. All tourist attractions are near, so there is no need for public transportation. Our neighborhood is one of the oldest parts of Zagreb, safe, easy to reach. It is located near the famous HNK (Croatian National Theatre) and Museum Mimara and Tehnical Museum, just 15 minutes of walking from the main square Trg Bana Jelačića. The building where the apartment is located is a part of the old city and it is a cultural monument of zero category. As it is located in an inner building, it is a very quiet place, away from noise and you will have absolute privacy. Even though it is strictly center of a city, there is peace and quiet. All the neighbors are kind and helpful as well. Mainly are families and older people. Guests will experience enjoyable, comfortable and relax stay in my apartment.

For a reservation cancelled up to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service at least 20% and the most 40% of the total amount of the reservation. The amount of cancellation is equal to the amount paid for the booking confirmation.
For a reservation cancelled from 29 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
If the Traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
