The house is completely built with stone, giving it a special charm, and was recently redecorated and renewed to the highest comfort standards. The villa is perfect for a small group of four, since it features two bedrooms. The exterior of the villa is dominated by the charming swimming pool built of stone, and the lush, green garden characterized by shaded nooks where you can spend a relaxing afternoon, we suggest, with a book. The interior design is dominated by massive wooden furniture, hand carved and painted wooden clothes chests and modern bathrooms. In case of cancellation within 48 hours after the advance payment, if there are more than 30 days until the start of the service, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 29 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
