A nice apartment situated on the third floor available only by stairs. The apartment is situated in a house and the garden, BBQ, trampoline for kids are shared with the rest of the apartments in the house. Private parking and balcony. The place has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a room with queen size bad and a balcony, air condition, SAT TV and internet WI-Fi a private balcony, bathroom with a shower and towels provided and a bedroom with a queen size bed and another balcony with a really small entrance (entrance the size of the window). The place is situated close to beach Cuvi, about 10 min from downtown and close by are supermarkets ( Konzum, Špeža) and coffee bars.

We got what we needed, and the host was very kind and friendly.
The goal of our trip was active vacation: we brought bikes and kayak with us. There was space to store the bikes on premises. We were also able to use garden hose to clean our kayak and given space for it to dry. Note though, this apartment is not so close to the sea, we had to transport the kayak by car.
What we didn't like is problem of tourism in Croatia in general: the apartment is way overpriced. I don't know if this is due to agency taking a cut, but it's just not ok to rent this place at 145€/night, even in the middle of the season.
