Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert. Von der Ausstattung hat uns nicht gefehlt. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Im Garten wachsen Feigen, Trauben und Granatäpfel. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der öffentliche, saubere Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great home away from home.

We lived in the house for a month in late Autumn. In overall we liked it, small but has everything inside, possible to park 2 cars, sit outside and make barbecue. Close to Cantrida Poll and Gym and more. But there were a few moments: when it's heavily rein the roof is leaking in several places, most of all in toilet. And the last one are noisy construction workers were our neighbors and they were starting working about 6-7 in the morning but I understand that the owner can't do anything about it and I think it will be finished by the next season. Fix the leaking roof and it will be one of the best options for rent.

Wir sind insgesamt 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und haben vor allem den großzügigen Parkplatz, den kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und die Nähe zum Strand geschätzt. Leider haben wir im Inserat überlesen, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, sodass man sich aufs Abwaschen einstellen sollte. Ansonsten waren wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr froh, eine Waschmaschine zu haben, die wir auch unbegrenzt nutzen konnten. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es bei Starkregen einen Wasserschaden in der Decke, der hoffentlich bald behoben wird.

lovely House with great place for barbecue and parking for 3 cars. Very good communication :)

Great apartment. We were here for a month and the apartment has everything we could need. The location is very convenient, close to the Kantrida and Ploce beach. It is quite steep hill (but what is not in Croatia :D), but walkable even with baby stroller. The bus stop to the city centre is close and the shopping centre ZTC is about 5 minutes by car and Lidl and Kaufland are withing walking distance. There are two slots for cars to park which we also appreciated. And we loved the grill and outdoor seating. Communication with Ester was perfect, she replied immediately and was very helpful. The only minor minus was the occasional noise from the shipyard nearby.

The house has a good location, close to the sea. Grocery stores are also within walking distance. The area is generally quiet, although the 3 May plant is located nearby. The house next door was undergoing renovations, but that didn't really bother us. Nice view, clean air and birds sings. The house well equipped, fruit trees and flowers grow in the yard, it was a pleasure to be there.
