The living area constitutes 2 thoughtfully designed living rooms, offering the perfect setting for social gatherings or just to unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful surrounding.
And for your four-legged companions, we have taken care of their comfort too! We welcome up to 1 pet per stay, because we understand that vacations feel a little more special when you can bring the whole family along.
Though our Villa does not offer any garages, we do provide 5 dedicated parking spaces for guests who are joining us with their vehicles. So whether you have a small car or a family SUV, parking would be the least of your worries.

Il Giardin’ is a family run private business located on the foot of mount Sveti Ivan/ St. Giovanni in Veli Losinj/ Lussingrande on Losinj/ Lussino island. The terraced 3000m2 garden displays a mixture of Mediterranean crop and ornamental plants and trees like local olives, black and white figs, citruses like lemons, mandarins and pomelo, cherry trees, medlars and jujube trees.
Upon arrival, we would like you to visit our agency so that we could meet each other and we would also like to provide you with the information on the island, its beaches and sights.

On arrival in both cases please prepare the documents (passport or identity card) of each person whose stay you booked in order you may be registered in the guest books (agency/apartment owners) in accordance with law.
Our agency is located in Veli Lošinj, 3 km distance from Mali Lošinj. When arriving to Veli Lošinj you need to leave your vehicles on the parking space and visit the town centre on foot. In the centre of Veli Lošinj, 5 metres from the sea, you can find us, a lemon/green facade building with fuchsia doors and our recognizable sign of alluvial wood.

A great number of sunny hours per year (2606), Mediterranean woods, rich flora and fauna, clear sea and the air full of aerosols are all the basis for the marvelous sports and recreational offerings on both land and sea.
- Any cancellations notified within the period of 60 days prior the arrival imply the 10% payment of the accommodation price plus transaction fee
- Any cancellations notified between the 59th and the 8th day before the arrival do not allow the guests to receive any repayment of the deposit already paid
- Any cancellations notified between the 7th day and on the same day of their expected arrival date imply the full payment of the accommodation unit being booked by the guests
In case of force majeure our booking rules and conditions apply as in normal conditions.
