Cosy Smile Villa is a 98m2 ground-floor property with a large fenced backyard.
A spacious air-conditioned living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining table and a big sofa bed that ensures a sleeping space for 2 people. A living room has a direct exit to a backyard patio. The part in front of the living room balcony door is covered/shaded and equipped with 2 sets of garden furniture: one for dining and one for the lounge.
Guest can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Rooms are cooled by a common air-conditioning unit located in the living room. Bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower and washing machine but there is also an additional toilet.
A spacious backyard covered by stone slabs ensures a lot of privacy and is a perfect place to relax. There is a sun deck with a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
There is also an additional summer kitchen with a terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs. A barbecue area is a perfect place for a freshly prepared dinner.
Three private unfenced parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Pantadura is 1,2 km away from the house. This beach is long and natural. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.
Pedinka beach - 1,2 km away from the house, the most popular beach in this part of island Vir. Gravel, stone and concrete coast. Seabed covered with gravel and sand. The water gradually gets deep. Pine forest shade is possible. There is paid parking next to the beach.

The nearest small shop/bakery is 800m from the house, a cafe bar 1200m and a restaurant 1,7 km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Vir, distanced about 3km.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Nin/Vir.
