LA VISTA - Apartment 3 with Balcony and Sea View is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - in the pedestrian area, in one of the narrow cobbled streets leading uphill to the church. The nearest beach is just a minute walk away and everything can easily be accessed on foot. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated house in the heart of the old town, offering a unique blend of comfort and tranquility. The amazing balcony overlooking the garden and with a breathtaking sea view is perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of good Istrian wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle...), washing machine, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays.
With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured. And all you romantic hearts out there will love our magnificent terrace where you can savour the views of the surrounding area, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the sound of splashing waves in the distance.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 500 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
