Die Villa in Poreč hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet und entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus sehr genossen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und eigenes Bad.
Das Haus ist neu und somit auch alle Einrichtungen und Betten etc. auch
Alle Räume waren mit einer Klimaanlage versehen, die wir auch tatsächlich brauchten
Die Räume waren sehr ansprechend und modern ausgestattet. Der Pool groß genug.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben auch gleich auf kleinere Maleurs sofort reagiert.
Von daher gibt es 5 Sterne von uns

The house is nice and we had a great holiday.
The only problems are:
1. The area is quite far from anything (did not bother us).
2. There are many bugs outside (close to the wood).
3. The internet is very weak (in all the area).
4. There is a bad smell from one of the toilets.

erg aardige host die snel klaar staat. AC deed het perfect. zwembad was prachtig en werd goed schoongehouden. de wifi is echt aan verbetering toe.

It was a beautiful experience and if we come back to Istria we will definitely come back. Great beds and bathrooms, good kitchen, great pool and table tennis.
Best of all: all major attractions and cities are just 20 to 40 minutes away!

The villa's terrace and garden are truly delightful, with olive trees and a variety of plants adding to the natural beauty. The outdoor table with ten seats and the option of using either a charcoal or wood grill make for an excellent outdoor dining experience. Guests can indulge in delicious meals cooked with local olive oil, paired with a glass of fine wine, while enjoying the serene surroundings of the villa's garden. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable meal with family and friends.

Der Außentisch mit zehn Sitzplätzen und einem Holzkohle- oder Holzgrill ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Essen im Freien geeignet. Hier können Sie köstliche Mahlzeiten mit lokalem Olivenöl genießen und dazu ein Glas feinen Weins trinken. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach unglaublich und lädt dazu ein, den Moment zu genießen und das Leben zu feiern. Ein wahrer Traumort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad und Balkon mit Blick auf den atemberaubenden Außenpool und die umliegende Natur. Im Erdgeschoss lädt das Wohnzimmer mit zwei bequemen Sofas, zwei Sesseln und einem Fernseher zum Entspannen ein. Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für bis zu acht Gäste und eignet sich hervorragend für gemütliche Dinnerpartys. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist ideal zum Zubereiten köstlicher Mahlzeiten.Empfehlenswert auf alle Fälle!

Die Villa ist ein wahrer Traum! Umgeben von unberührter Natur bietet sie eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre für Familien. Die Kinder können den üppigen Garten erkunden, während die Eltern sich in der Villa zurücklehnen und den modernen Komfort genießen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll und elegant, mit einer warmen Note dank des Holzofens. Im ersten Stock gibt es drei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Balkon, von denen aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Außenpool und die umliegende Natur genießen kann.
