Villa Claudia is set on a 500 m² estate, which includes a 200 m² villa, a 20 m² private swimming pool and a beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Villa Claudia is designed as a double house, but is exclusively for one group of guests at a time. The entire property is equipped with everything guests need for a relaxing stay. The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, an additional toilet and a separate laundry room. Each half of the villa has its own kitchen, dining room and living room. The living areas are spacious, bright, with modern facilities including satellite TV, Hi-Fi sound system, DVD player and high-speed internet connection. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay during the hot summer months.
On the ground floor of one half of the villa is a modern kitchen, connected to the dining room and a comfortable living room. The sofa in the living room can also be used as an extra bed. Large glass sliding doors in the living room give direct access to the garden and the swimming pool and offer a beautiful sea view. From the living room, the staircase continues to the upper floor where there are two large double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony from where you can admire the beautiful sunsets.
The outside part of the property includes a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a garden furniture and a beautifully landscaped garden which offers a place to relax and socialise. Particularly noteworthy is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large table, ideal for large groups of guests. Here, guests can enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by nature and fresh sea air.

Klimno is a small, quiet seaside village, known for its traditional atmosphere and exceptionally clear water, which attracts nature lovers and peaceful holiday makers. With its location close to beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and local restaurants serving authentic Croatian cuisine, Klimno offers an authentic experience of the Adriatic way of life. As well as relaxing on the beaches, Klimno is also a great base for exploring the island, from the historical sights of Krk and Vrbnik to the many hiking and cycling trails around the island.
