Description
Villa Karim is located in a small and quiet place Jehnici near Visnjan and Porec. It is an ideal starting point from which you can start exploring the inland and coast of Istria, while its harmoniously decorated every corner will make your vacation pleasant to stay. The house can accommodate a maximum of eight people and contains everything you need.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and separate toilet and living room with closed fireplace and first bedroom. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are located upstairs, and the whole space is connected by internal stairs. The stone walls on one side give the house authenticity and a Mediterranean atmosphere, very tasty decoration and paintings together with Mediterranean plants bring warmth to the entire estate.
The outdoor space is an oasis for relaxation and a place where you will completely connect with nature. 2000 m2 land around villa with natural shade from the tree and other Mediterranean vegetation is aroma therapy for all your senses. The villa is offering sunbeds around the pool and a few hammocks among the trees to unwind from everyday stress.
Every bedroom has an exit to the terrace, and plus there is a main terrace – ideal for sipping the first morning coffee. The other part of the terrace is also great, where you can find a big dining table close to the barbecue, perfect for dinners and socializing with family and friends. In the garden, there is a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, which makes it even more an ideal place for relaxation. The area around the garden and pool is intimately lit so that you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere in the evening.

Eine tolle Villa die hält was die Fotos versprechen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, insbesondere im Küchenbereich für Selbstversorger findet man hier reichlich Equipment.
Lediglich der Herd ist etwas leistungsschwach und der Backofen hat keine Heißluftfunktion.
Das Thema Insekten war jedoch ein sehr beeinflussendes Thema. Über den Eingang befand sich ein Bienennetz. Das ist bei dem verbauten Holz eine beliebte Stelle für die Bienen und hat tatsächlich auch weniger gestört, als wir zunächst befürchteten.
Mücken war jedoch ein größeres Thema. Alle Zimmer sind daher mit entsprechendem Insektenschutz ausgestattet. In einem der Zimmer war es jedoch defekt. Wir haben während des Aufenthalts 2x den gesamten Raum mit Insektenspray bearbeitet und daher einige Nächte auf der Couch verbringen müssen. Da eine Belüftung des Raums nicht möglich war, ohne neue Mücken herein zu lassen. Die Kommunikation über den Ansprechpartner vor Ort war erfolglos. Es erfolgte lediglich der Kommentar das man wüsste das wir das Gitter nicht kaputt gemacht hätten und wir uns über die Kaution keine Gedanken machen müssen. Jedoch eine akzeptable Lösung vor Ort zu schaffen wurde nicht versucht.
Die Kommunikation im allgemeinen war mangelhaft. Die bisherigen Bewertungen kann ich da nur bestätigen. Mails von der angegebenen Agentur kommen nur zur Zahlung und fürs Feedback. Unsere Kontaktdaten wurden nicht mal an den Ansprechpartner vor Ort weitergeleitet. Zum Glück war dieser vor Ort im Haus als wir ankamen.
Wenn wir über die beschrieben Themen hinwegsehen war es ein toller Urlaub mit jede Menge Platz für jeden einzelnen sich auch mal zurück ziehen zu können. Es hat sich gelohnt.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Reviews, aber jetzt habe ich mich dazu entschlossen einige Worte hier zu hinterlassen.
Da unser Urlaub eine Uberraschung von meiner Familie zu einem Jubilaeum war, kann ich nicht in Worte fassen was fuer eine wundervolle Zeit wir hier verbracht haben.
Wir haben milde sonnige Tage an der Terrasse verbracht und das mediterane Klima genossen. Fuer unsere grosse Familie war genug Platz, alles war sehr sauber und farbenfroh eingerichtet.

Wir haben uns getraut diese Osterferien an einem anderen Ort zu feiern. Somit haben wir uns fuer dieses Haus entschlossen um mal was anderes zu erleben.
Ich kann nur sagen, es war wundervoll. Das Haus und die Umbebung sind sehr schon, an Tagen wo das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat, sind wir ein bischen herumgefahren und haben viele verschiede Orte entdeckt, verschiede Straende besichtigt und ein bischen Souveniere gekauft. Gute Weine und Trueffel sind umbedingt zu probieren.

Das waren tolle Ferien!!! Schoenes Haus, super Wetter, sind viel herumgereist und haben die Zeit maximal ausgenutz. Kommen gerne wieder.

..sehr rustikal und mit vielen Elementen die an einen Palast erinnern, dementsprechend haben wir uns auch gefuehlt, richtig majestaetisch. Die ueberdachte Terrasse war unser Hauptsitz, fuer die Kinder war der Pool natuerlich sehr interesannt und man konnte sich an den Liegen den ganzen Tag ueber sonnen, aber auch unseren Kleinkindern beim Schwimmen zusehen. Die Umgebung, wie auch das Haus harmonisieren sehr gut miteinander. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.
