COCALETTO Two-Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in Cocaletto - a small place distant 4 km from Rovinj and 1 km from tourist camp Vestar where is located the nearest beach. Interior size is 60 m2 and balcony is 10 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

Wir waren zu viert zum Tauchen in der ersten Aprilwoche da, also Nebensaison und tagsüber nur 12-15°. Cocaletto liegt nur 5 min vom Campingplatz Vestar entfernt, wo die Tauchbasis Morski Puz angeschlossen ist. In ca. 10 min ist man in Rovinj (wunderschöne Stadt). Die Zimmer waren top, alles sauber. Mitte der Woche gab es frische Handtücher (ohne Anfrage). Balkon vorne und hinten, also ausreichend Platz, um nassgewordene Unterzieher zu trocknen. Es war ein bisschen kalt, da die Wohnung nur durch eine Klimaanlage geheizt wurde. Auf dieses wurden wir aber direkt bei der Buchung hingewiesen, sodass es keine Überraschung war. Ein Badezimmer, was zu viert etwas Planung benötigte, aber kein Problem war. Der Grillplatz unten vor dem Haus konnte ohne Probleme genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage konnten wir alles bekommen. Kommunikation ging sehr gut auf englisch, deutsch ist aber auch möglich. Alles in allem sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer, die unten im Haus wohnen, aber keineswegs aufdringlich sind.

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cocaletto liegt etwas außerhalb von Rovinj. Ruhige Wohngegend, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Rovinj. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’appartamento è davvero molto molto bello e curato. La signora gentilissima e si prende cura di tutto e tutti. La mia famiglia e io ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente prossimo anno 😊😊😊

At the beginning I will pay attention to a very nice and helpful landlady. As soon as we needed it, she was there to help. The apartment is spacious thanks to two large bedrooms and terraces. The air conditioning is efficient and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds. The apartment is located far from Rovinj, but we knew it when we were driving there. In a close location (about 1 km.) There is a Camping with access to the sea and swimming pool ... I recommend it when staying with children .. If you are looking for an apartment in a quiet area and you do not care about the sea view, you've come to the right place. If you want to spend time in the center, you must have a car. The city center is about 10 minutes by car. I recommend!

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend. Wir haben von ihr Pfannkuchen bekommen und auch für frische Handtücher hatte Sie gesorgt. Appartement war sehr nett eingerichtet und hatte alles was man benötigt, in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen auch wieder kommen. Ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e tre giorni presso la appartamento Cocaletto 34, a soli 5 Min da Rovigno. Appartamento pulito e curato nei dettagli. Biancheria profumatissima e cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario per la colazione o la preparazione dei pasti. La Signora che ci ha accolti è stata davvero molto gentile e cortese. E prenotare sul sito è stato semplicissimo. Consiglio vivamente.
