IVO - Three Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in Gripole - a part of the town distant about 2 km from Rovinj city centre as well as from most beaches on the Rovinj shoreline. The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings. Cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline. The interior size amounts to 100 m2 and there is a terrace/balcony at your disposal. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and balcony, 2 bathrooms with shower, a completely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a lovely living room with dining area, as well as a sunny balcony perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening. Also, the private garden with furniture and barbeque facilities is at your disposal. In the garden there is a trampolin and a swing for the smallest ones.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, water kettle), washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for families or friends to spend the holidays. BBQ grill facilities and a shared garden are at your disposal.

There is plenty to see at just a short walk distance as the apartment is situated so that you can easily reach the Rovinj city centre or the nearest beaches on foot. There are also plenty of exciting activities you can take part in, from cycling to water sports, as well as more relaxing activities, such as massages or boat excursions
