The 700 m2 Villa Fresca with an indoor area of 248 m2 offers accommodation to 21 (17+4) guests. The villa consists of four beautiful separate apartments located on different floors, which makes it ideal for a joint family vacation or vacation with a larger group of friends during which guests will have their privacy even during a vacation together. One spacious one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two apartments, each of which has two bedrooms, while at the top there is an apartment with three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed, and one single bed is available. One extra single bed can be placed in each apartment. There are 5 more bathrooms with shower and other bathroom amenities such as towels, hair dryer etc. The largest apartment located on the upper floor has its own washing machine while the other three apartments share a washing machine located in a separate laundry room. Villa Fresca has four fully equipped modern kitchens where guests can show off their excellent culinary skills and invite their family / friends to sample prepared meals in one of the four beautifully decorated dining rooms. The four living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed that can sleep one guest, as well as satellite TV which, combined with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, create the perfect relaxation areas in Villa Fresca. When renting Villa Fresca, take your pets with you on your amazing vacation, as the villa is pet-friendly. This is possible with previous request and an additional payment.
Villa Fresca has four balconies with garden furniture and sunbeds on which guests can relax with a cocktail or a glass of Dalmatian wine, while enjoy the beautiful view of the sea in front of them. Furthermore, those who enjoy cooking will be especially delighted by the barbecue area where they can cook up some delicious grilled dishes. Guests who arrive by car will have access to private parking spaces on the property.
