Description

A sunny and warm location offers a private pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. With nothing but nature around the garden and a fence to the neighboring house, you can enjoy in complete privacy. Charcoal grill, pool and parking lot are available for your exclusive use. The house was completely renovated in 2018, beautiful and new! The kitchen, large living room, bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and another bedroom with a bathroom is on the first floor. Both floors are air-conditioned and WiFi is available. The upstairs terrace is fantastic - lounge seating, beautiful views, and table football.

We (family with teenagers) spend a week here in August. This house is a good option in highseason if you don’t want to pay the usual prices but still have a private swimmingpool and a nice location. It’s close to Labin and some nice beaches. Inside is small, and a bit dated, only the upside bedroom has a wardrobe, and bathrooms are ‘cosy’. But the garden with pool is amazing - there’s a new shaded porch with a lounge set and dining table. Plenty of shade in the garden as wel. The road did not bother us. You don’t hear it at night. All in all, we had a perfect week. Thank you Patricija for hosting!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 großer Hund. Das Innere des Hauses sieht auf den Bildern viel größer aus. Die Überdachung vor der Türe ist mittlerweile fest verbaut und man kann trocken und schattig draußen sitzen (anders als auf den Fotos) Der Garten ist sehr groß und eingezäunt, der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde auch 1x in unserer Urlaubswoche gereinigt. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto, in der Nähe ist nur ein kleiner Minimarkt. Auch die Strände sind mindestens 20 min Autofahrt entfernt. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und ist daher vor allem tagsüber laut. Auch das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig. Patricia ist eine nette Gastgeberin und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Leider finden wir auch für die Hochsaison, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub! Zu dritt plus unserem Hund. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Besonderes Highlight waren der wundervolle Garten und der fantastische Pool inklusive toller Außendusche. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ausgestattet. Durch den komplett eingezäunten Garten war es auch für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies. Die überdachte Terrasse im oberen Teil des Hauses bot auch in den Abendstunden oder bei schlechterer Witterung Gelegenheit um an der frischen Luft noch ein Getränk zu genießen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern vor Ort war sehr herzlich und so haben wir uns sofort sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Zeit! Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiederkommen.
