The ground floor is the villa’s social hub, opening onto a large terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. A stone barbecue invites guests to enjoy Dalmatian specialties, while a shared jacuzzi offers ultimate relaxation. Sliding glass doors lead to the interior, where a modern living room with a SMART TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, and a wine fridge create a comfortable and stylish space.
