Villa San Mauro is situated in the picturesque town of Momjan in Istria. Momjan is an ideal location if you want to enjoy peaceful beautiful views of the hills covered in grapevine, the sea, excellent restaurants and the famous neighbourhood winneries.
Villa San Mauro has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, while one with a sauna and shower cabin is located on the ground floor.
In the open space of the first follor of the villa there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which offers a beautiful view of the landscape and has a direct access to the terrace. There is a saltwater swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols for relaxing moments and enjoying the sun. You can enjoy pleasant, gourmet gatherings with family and friends in the summer kitchen with a BBQ and a covered dining table. On the ground floor of the villa there is a wine cellar, for true wine lovers, and a room with a TV, where you can enjoy movie nights. Villa San Mauro has a private parking for 3 cars.

The guests can cancell free of charge untill 30 days before arrival. If the guest cancels reservation 29-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation, after that will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
