Whether you're lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun on the terrace, or cooking up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home in this tranquil retreat. Fully fenced and spacious, the garden is perfect for families with children.

The house is newly decorated, beautiful and spacious, entirely air-conditioned. The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the first floor has a double bedroom, and one with two single beds. There is one more bathroom upstairs. The 5th bedroom and a bathroom are located on the bottom floor.

Located just 20 minutes from the sea, our villa is perfectly situated for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds. Spend your days exploring the nearby beaches and coastline, or simply relax in the comfort of your own private villa.

Max 2 pets are allowed and the pet fee is 200 euro.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten alles was wir die Woche über gebraucht haben. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Kommunikation war super leicht und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben zu 11 eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlagen sind leider nur auf dem Flur, weswegen die Zimmer sehr warm sind.

wir haben mit drei Familien eine Woche Urlaub hier verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.Da sich die verschiedenen Bereiche auf drei Etagen erstrecken hat jede Familie auch mal die Möglichkeit, für dich zu sein, bevor man auf der großen Terrasse und am Pool wieder zusammen kommen kann. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen waren blitzsauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. unser Gastgeber war immer für uns zu erreichen und ein sehr freundlicher und großzügiger Mensch. Wir haben viele schöne Stunden am Pool verbracht und wunderbare Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung gemacht (vor allem Rovinj mit seinen tollen Stränden und Restaurants, Bootstouren etc, aber auch der Wasserfall die süße Kleinstadt Panzin sind in nur 20 Minuten zu erreichen). Wir sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus und kommen gerne wieder. vielen Dank für Alles

Miejsce idealne dla osób lubiących ciszę i szukających noclegów z dala od tłumów. Domek idealny dla 3 znających się!!! rodzin (ma 3 osobne mieszkania), a basen sprawdził się znakomicie, dzieci korzystały z niego non stop. Wszystko zgadzało się z opisem. Zawsze z przyjemnością wracaliśmy na nocleg po całodniowym eksplorowaniu Istrii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i słowny. Niczego nam nie brakowało i czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Polecam.

Das Haus ist schön und in Ordnung ist jedoch zu teuer gewesen. Bei dem Haus gab es nicht in jeder Wohnung ein Kleiderschrank und wenn dann waren sie befüllt mit Handtücher und Bettwäsche für das ganze Haus, das war etwas schlecht. Die Lage ist schlecht weil man überall mit dem Auto hin muss, sei es zum Einkaufen, zum Meer gehen oder andere Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Ansonsten war das Haus ganz okay, die Lage war nicht laut man kann Poolpartys machen , Spieleabende, Grillen ohne jemand anderen zu stören oder sonstiges. Da wir eine große Familie waren hatten wir unseren Spaß und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Wir wurde herzlich von der Familie begrüßt. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren super schön und sehr gepflegt. Ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Stadt Rovinj ist wunderschön. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an den Gastgeber wenden.
