On the ground floor, you’ll find the central living area, including a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for seven, and a cozy living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. For guests’ comfort, there is also a WC on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make cooking easy while preserving the rustic design that complements the historical look of the house. From the dining room and kitchen, you have direct access to the covered outdoor terrace, where another dining table for seven awaits, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. The terrace also features a stone grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. With a sunshade and loungers, the terrace allows for relaxation in the shade or soaking up the sun by the pool.
