THE RESIDENCE RONA EREA IČIĆI is located in the picturesque village Ičići, 150 m from the pebble beach and 5 km from Opatija.
The facilities of the building include: air-conditioned common space with satellite TV, central heating, barbecue with table and banks for 10 people, a well maintained garden and private parking space for each of the apartments. The facility has in total 6 apartments which have all been completely renovated a couple of years ago.
Comfrotz apartments can host 5 people, 2 in queen sized bed, two on pull out couch and one on oull out sofa. Couch and sofa are located in the living room.
