Villa Flora is an authentic stone villa located in the quiet, dead-end historic town of Rakovci near Poreč. It is an ideal place for nature lovers with beautiful sea views and also for those who love an active holiday. Villa Flora with its surroundings is a place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Villa Flora is surrounded by 2000 m2 estate with olive trees and flower beds. On the same property with a 180 m2 large villa, there is an outdoor grill with the gazebo and the table where can comfortably enjoy up to 6 people. You can relax in a private outdoor pool, indoor family wellness with a two-person sauna with chromotherapy and jacuzzi system.
The villa has its own tennis court with artificial grass. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor with their spacious bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub as well as the shower.
Rooms are spacious so there is a possibility of placing a baby bed if needed. The rooms on the first floor have a terrace with a nice baldachin bed and a great sea view.
Villa Flora is a traditional istrian villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.It has a jacuzzi, sauna and in is surrounded by beautiful garden with a private tennis court and a swimming pool.

Villa Flora is not far from different locations that offer entertainment during your vacation. It is only 30 km away from the Istralandia water park. In city of Poreč, Funtana or Vrsar, there are many beautiful beaches to enjoy with your family and friends, Poreč offers a rich nightlife, numerous restaurants and cafes, and it is only 16 km away. There you will also find different water sports. In Pula, which is only 47 km away, you will be able to enjoy numerous cultural events, historical sights, concerts, as well as numerous beautiful beaches and water sports. We definitely recommend a visit to Pula Aquarium.
The guests can cancell free of charge untill 30 days before arrival. If the guest cancels reservation 29-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation, after that will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
