This modern villa is in Ruzmarin Bay, approximately 3 km from Sumartin town, just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Orvas Villa 8 is set in 320 square meters and over ground, first and a second floor.
A total of 8 guests can be accommodated in 4 high end decorated en-suite bedrooms on the upper levels (two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor and while the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor). On the ground level there is an open concept kitchen/living room area with homemade furniture and a separate toilet.
During your vacation you will have a villa host on your disposal to satisfy all your needs.
