Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, practical parasols, comfortable deck chairs,
a lot of greenery and safe for children.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, spices and cutlery.
There are many large windows that give a lot of light inside. The bedrooms are quiet, air-conditioned, and have a view to the fresh and green nature.
The living room has a large, comfy sofa, and a comfortable arm chair.
The area is calm, the mornings are fresh and sunny, and the evenings are peaceful and romantic.
There are many good restaurants around, and the beaches have pure and clear sea.

Wunderbares Haus, sehr ruhig, erholsam, äußerst sauber. Man findet alles, was man benötigt. Bequeme Matratzen und große Doppelbetten. Wenn man bereit ist, ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu fahren, kann man tolle Buchten und Badeplätze finden. Der Sonnenuntergang auf dem alten Kirchturm von Labin ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Krásné ubytování, moc jsme si to zde užili. Předčilo naše očekávání. Zahrada úžasná a bazén přímo skvělý. Vybavení domu výborné. Naprosto klidná lokalita.
Hostitelé velmi milí. Nebyl problém místo najít. Po příjezdu nás provedli domem, vše ukázali a vysvětlili. Dali nám několik tipů na stravování v okolí i na pláže v blízkosti ubytování (pizza v Rumore výborná, ale byla potřeba rezervace, a z pláží byla pro nás nejlepší Sveta Marina).
Každý den brzy ráno bylo prováděno čištění bazénu - v čase, kdy ani nevíte, že probíhá a není tak vůbec rušivé.
Před koncem našeho pobytu se vyskytl technický problém, který hostitelé nemohli ovlivnit. Hostitelé okamžitě s námi komunikovali, vše vysvětlili. Zároveň zahájili bezprostředně práce na jeho odstranění a nabídli nám kompenzaci za vznikly problém.
Jeli bychom zde znovu? - ANO. Takže za nás můžeme jen doporučit.

Navštívili jsme Chorvatsko mnohokrát, ale tento pobyt byl náš nejlepší. Dům je účelně zařízen, bazén jsme si užili, ale hlavně se jedná o klidné sousedství, a to jsme velmi ocenili. Zároveň jsou blízko nádherné pláže a také město Labin s úchvatným historickým centrem a výhledy do krajiny a na moře a také skvělou restaurací Rumore. Majitelka byla velmi milá a věnovala nám čas doporučením k výletům. Rádi bychom se opět na toto místo vrátili.

Wunderschönes, malerisches und gepflegtes Haus mit Geschichte.
Absolut glücklich und zufrieden mit den Gastgebern - sie waren extrem hilfsbereit, offen und sehr sympathisch.
E-Auto - sogar hatten wir das Glück unser Auto auf Nachfrage an der Haussteckdose (Juicebooster inkl Schukoadapter muss mitgebracht werden) aufladen zu dürfen.
Strand - ist mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden.
Sehr gepflegter Pool. Klimaregulierung ist Top.
Wir konnten es als Familie mit unserem knapp 2 Jahre alten Sohn sehr geniessen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
