Villa Klara is a charming and private 3 bedroom villa with private pool, only 3 km from the beach. The house is surrounded by a large garden with old trees and traditional olives. Just a few steps from the house there is a refreshing swimming pool with its own shower. The garden also has a barbecue, private parking, and delicious grapes that you can taste. The property is completely surrounded by green nature. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a view of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable sofas, a new TV and an indoor fireplace are in the living room, with direct exit to the garden. The air conditioning is in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Großes helles Haus, ruhig.

Wir waren im September mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in der Unterkunft und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Für die diesjährige Schnakenplage kan niemand etwas, eine Idee für die Zukunft wären aber Fliegengitter an den. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt Fenstern. So sind wie halt jeden Abend auf die Jagd gegangen. Der Pool, die Zimmer und Bäder waren alle top! Nur die Ausstattung der Küche war eher minimalistisch. Das Wichtigste ist aber da. Begeistert hat uns der gemauerte Grill im Garten, den wir auchgerne genutzt haben.
Die Lage ist ruhig. Alle Einkäufe können in Labin, 12min mit dem Auto entfernt, erledigt werden. Einen Strand erreicht man zwar schon in 5min. Für dir wirklich schönen Strände muss man aber ca. 25min (oder mehr) fahren. Das war unsaber im Vorfeld klar und hat nicht gestört. Wer nicht fahren will, muss halt in den Pool springen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub!
Das Haus war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt.
Der Verwalter war immer gleich da und sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Pool war großartig und wurde jeden Tag vom Verwalter morgens gereinigt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Perfekt für absolute Erholung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruher Lage mit tollem Pool und viel Platz. Das Haus könnte ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen vertragen, technisch hat alles gut funktioniert. Dorijano war ein netter, freundlicher Gastgeber, der jeden Morgen den Pool gereinigt und gerne unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Klara! Die Unterkunft liegt abseits der touristischen Zentren, sodass es herrlich ruhig war. Es sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern, war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt.
Die Küche bietet alles notwendige, an Gewürzen zum Kochen war nur etwas Salz da. Einkaufen kann man in Labin sehr gut, dort bekommt man alles, was man braucht.
Dorijano war sehr hilfsbereit, sodass auch ein später Check-In aufgrund des späten Flugs möglich war. Er spricht Deutsch und hat auf die Nachrichten immer sehr schnell reagiert.
Die Gegend ist wirklich schön, mit toller Landschaft, vielen Badebuchten und klarem Wasser.
Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage sinnvoll.
Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!
