An ideal retreat for couples seeking a romantic getaway or solo travelers desiring a peaceful sanctuary. Unfortunately, due to restrictions, we are unable to accommodate pets in the studio.
The studio boasts an immaculate and modern bathroom, ensuring all your needs are catered to. Although devoid of garages and parking spaces, the studio's prime location guarantees easy access to numerous public parking options and the fascinating wonders of the town.
Please note that while the studio doesn't feature a traditional separate bedroom or living room, its cleverly designed open concept seamlessly merges the sleeping and living areas. This unique arrangement ensures a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality, allowing guests to truly immerse themselves in the delightful Croatian living experience.

If upon arrival you decide to see your accommodation unit your voucher contains the address and direct contact of your property owner.
On arrival in both cases please prepare the documents (passport or identity card) of each person whose stay you booked in order you may be registered in the guest books (agency/apartment owners) under law.
Our agency is located in Veli Lošinj, 3 km distance from Mali Lošinj. When arriving to Veli Lošinj you need to leave your vehicles on the parking space and visit the town centre on foot. In the centre of Veli Lošinj, 5 metres from the sea, you can find us, a lemon/green facade building with fuchsia doors and our recognizable sign of alluvial wood.

A great number of sunny hours per year (2606), Mediterranean woods, rich flora and fauna, clear sea and the air full of aerosols are all the basis for the marvelous sports and recreational offerings on both land and sea.
- Any cancellations notified within the period of 60 days prior the arrival imply the 10% payment of the accommodation price plus transaction fee
- Any cancellations notified between the 59th and the 8th day before the arrival do not allow the guests to receive any repayment of the deposit already paid
- Any cancellations notified between the 7th day and on the same day of their expected arrival date imply the full payment of the accommodation unit being booked by the guests
In case of force majeure our booking rules and conditions apply as in normal conditions.
