On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious, beautifully decorated air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and chairs. The living room has a direct exit to the outdoor garden terrace where the jacuzzi is located.

It is only 300 m from the nearest beach. Actually, the entire coast of the east side of Vir is used for beaches. Most of them have a flat shore, which is- as well as the seabed- pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.
The other beaches reachable by walk are: Straža Beach - 650m, Žitna Beach - 900m
900m away from the villa guest can enjoy beaches on the west side of Vir Island, which are located between Miljkovica Beach and Radovanjica Bay.
NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES
The nearest bakery, market, fast food and café bars are only 300m-600m away, a restaurant is about 1km far. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Vir, distanced about 2,5km.

To reach our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar I (Zadar zapad) exit and head towards Nin/Vir.
